Due to the nature of all our products being CUSTOM, there are NO refunds.
Shipping
All transit times are estimates. Orders are shipped 7-14 days prior to your specified "need by" date. Please ensure that you provide the correct date when placing your order to ensure timely completion and shipment of your order.
We are not responsible for any delays once orders have shipped.
LOCAL PICK UPPick up orders is available for local customers. Orders are ready 2-3 days before your specified "need by" date.
Our pick up location is At the QUICKTRIP off of 270 & North Lindbergh . The full address and instructions for pick up are outlined in the Pick Up notification email.

Grad Orders: Processed by your need by/graduation date. Our team recommends ordering 4 weeks prior to your graduation date.
Party Favors: Processed by your need by date. Our team recommends ordering 7-14 days weeks prior to your party.
EXCLUDES WEEKENDS/HOLIDAYS
After you have provided us with all the necessary information, we will begin the design process. You will have the opportunity to review and request revisions twice. It is important to note that any additional revisions beyond the initial two will incur a fee of $25 per revision. We ask that you carefully proofread for any spelling or grammatical errors.

The fans were so beautiful and everyone enjoyed seeing them at thr graduation ! On top of that the customer service was amazing and fast very professional

The fans are ok I guess just made her face look long. the professionalism was non existent. I mean she tried but she took on more than she could manage. The fans arrived a week before the graduation. I ordered a month a half prior. Never doing business with her again. Wish her well. Just expected more professionalism.

You ordered April 20th and I delivered them May 24th. My website states that grad orders are made based on graduation date. With over 200 orders every grad season this is the best method that works for my business.
