Shipping policy

Most items are handmade to order.

We are not responsible for damages incurred during shipping. Any damage claims would have to be made with the shipping carrier. 

We are not responsible for delays in shipping caused by the carrier. 

Our current process time for custom party favors is 1-3 weeks. We ship based on the date needed. Please provide, the date you would like the order to arrive, NOT the date of the event.

Our current process time for paper and other non-custom items is 3-5 business days.

All orders are shipped with USPS Priority mail or UPS, a tracking number is always provided once your order ships.
